MyArc turns any goals into a one-minute daily check-in, with streaks, trends, workout and food logs, and an AI coach that reads your real numbers.
Track anything, see what's working, and get a nudge exactly when you need one.
Type a goal the way you'd say it, typos and gym slang included. MyArc suggests the setup: the right kind of goal, a sensible target, and whether your food or workout log can fill it for you. One tap to use it, or set it up your way.
Every goal weighted the way you choose, in one number a day.
Every day counts. Rest, sick and travel days keep your streak alive (up to 2 a week).
AI estimates calories and protein. Edit anything.
Routines, rest timer, and records that celebrate themselves.
Accountability partners, nudges, cheers and group challenges.
A reminder for each goal at its own time, about what's actually left. On Android, tap Done right from the notification.
Pick the one thing to get right. Your coach checks in on it midweek.
A wrap-up with your totals, best streaks and a card to share. Your next arc starts from what you learned.
Any accent colour you like. Save an arc as your own template. No signal? Check in anyway; it syncs later.
Start from a template, one you saved, or a blank canvas. Name goals in your own words and MyArc suggests the setup. Two minutes.

I'm Abhinav. I built MyArc for my own arc and read every bug report and idea. Tell me what would make it better.
Yes. MyArc is free while we grow, with no ads, and we never sell your data. The AI features have generous daily limits.
A time-boxed stretch you commit to: 30, 75, 90 days or any length you like, with your own goals. Finish it, then start the next one. Every past arc stays in your history.
It reads your goals, streaks and recent check-ins, then writes daily notes, weekly reviews and answers questions in the style you choose. It checks in on your weekly focus, and when you start a new arc it remembers what your last one taught you. It's powered by Claude, follows safety rules, and isn't medical advice.
It's the share of that day's goals you hit, out of 100. Numbers get partial credit, and High-importance goals count more than Low ones. Averages count every day, so a day with nothing logged counts as 0. Rest, sick and travel days are scored too; they only keep your streaks alive, up to 2 a week and 5 a month.
Yes. Pause it from your Goals page and resume it whenever you like. Paused days don't count, past days keep their scores, and your streak carries on when you're back. Goals from a group challenge can only be paused by leaving it, so the leaderboard stays fair.
Yes. Log sets, reps and weights (or type your workout and let AI fill it in), and snap or describe meals to get calories and protein estimated. Both can fill your goals automatically.
Everything is private to your account by default, isolated in the database. Sharing a profile or a card is always your choice. You can export or permanently delete everything at any time.
Yes. Open MyArc in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen: it works like an app, with reminders and notifications. No app store needed.
Check in anyway. Once you've opened Today on your phone, it opens offline, and your check-in is saved on the phone and syncs by itself when you're back online.
Invite accountability partners to see each other's check-ins, send nudges and cheers, or run a group challenge with a consistency leaderboard.
