Terms of Use

You must be 18 or older. You sign in with a Google account, and you're responsible for what happens under your account.

MyArc is free for now. We may change or remove features, add paid features later (we'll tell you before anything you use starts to cost money), or set fair-use limits such as the coach's daily allowance. We work to keep MyArc running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

You can choose to support MyArc with a payment of any amount through our Razorpay payment page. It's voluntary: it doesn't buy a product or unlock any feature, and MyArc works the same whether or not you pay. Razorpay processes the payment under its own terms. If you paid by mistake (for example the wrong amount, or twice), contact us within 7 days and we'll refund it to the original payment method; otherwise support payments aren't refundable. Details are on our refunds page.

MyArc and its AI coach give general information to help you track goals and stay motivated. They are not medical, nutritional, psychological or other professional advice, and the AI coach can be wrong. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new diet or exercise programme, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take medication. Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. In an emergency, call 112 (India) or your local emergency number.

Don't:

• break the law, or use MyArc to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
• put offensive, hateful, sexual or misleading content in your public profile, handle or bio, or impersonate someone else;
• try to access other people's data, probe or break our security, or overload the service;
• scrape MyArc or access it with automated tools;
• misuse the AI coach, for example by trying to get around its safety rules or using it as a general-purpose AI assistant.

We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these rules.

What you log is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run MyArc, including sending it to our AI provider when you use the coach or other AI features (see the Privacy Policy). If you make your profile public, you choose to show the parts it lists to anyone with the link.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently deletes your data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or if we shut MyArc down; in that case we'll give reasonable notice where we can so you can export your data.

MyArc is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app or the AI coach. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes; continuing to use MyArc means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
