MyArc turns any goals into a one-minute daily check-in. Tell ARC, your AI coach, what you want and it sets up your arc; tell it how the day went and it logs it for you. Your Arc Score, streaks, workout and food logs, and a coach that reads your real numbers to tell you what to fix next.
Track anything, see what's working, and get a nudge exactly when you need one.
ARC is your AI coach. Type it or say it, in English, Hindi or Hinglish, and ARC turns it into your log: goals, meals and workouts. It asks when something's unclear and saves only when you say yes. Turn its voice on and it answers out loud, even hands-free.
Say it the way you'd tell a friend. ARC asks what it needs (your time, your days, where you're starting from), then lays out the arc: dates, goals and targets that fit your life. Edit anything, or tap Start. It won't plan a crash diet or a no-sleep schedule; you get a safer version instead.
Type a goal the way you'd say it, typos and gym slang included. MyArc suggests the setup: the right kind of goal, a sensible target, and whether your food or workout log can fill it for you. One tap to use it, or set it up your way.
Your last two weeks in one number out of 100. A bad day dips it; steady days build it back. Climb the levels: ARC celebrates each new one with you, and your partners can cheer. See its line over the whole arc in Stats.
Every day counts. Rest, sick and travel days keep your streak alive (up to 2 a week).
Ask ARC to lower a target, pause a goal while you travel, or add a new one. It shows the change first and applies it from today, so the days you've already logged keep their scores.
Tell ARC what you and your friends are taking on. It sets the goals and dates, and when you say yes it creates the challenge and hands you the invite link. Same goals for everyone, one consistency leaderboard.
AI estimates calories and protein. Edit anything.

Routines, rest timer, and records that celebrate themselves.
Accountability partners, nudges, cheers and group challenges.
A reminder for each goal at its own time, about what's actually left. On Android, tap Done right from the notification.
Pick the one thing to get right. ARC checks in on it midweek.
A wrap-up with your totals, best streaks and a card to share. Your next arc starts from what you learned.
Any accent colour you like. Save an arc as your own template. No signal? Check in anyway; it syncs later.
Tell ARC what you want and it plans the arc with you, or start from a template, one you saved, or a blank canvas. Name goals in your own words and MyArc suggests the setup.
One screen, under a minute, or tell ARC how the day went and it logs it once you say yes. Food and workouts fill your goals automatically.
Your Arc Score and its levels, streaks, projections and insights, a weekly focus, and ARC, a coach that tells you the one thing to fix next.

I'm Abhinav. I built MyArc for my own arc and read every bug report and idea. Tell me what would make it better.
Yes. MyArc is free while we grow, with no ads, and we never sell your data. The AI features have generous daily limits.
A time-boxed stretch you commit to: 30, 75, 90 days or any length you like, with your own goals. Finish it, then start the next one. Every past arc stays in your history. First time? Start with the Starter Arc: three small daily goals for 30 days, and add more once it sticks.
ARC (Act · Reflect · Continue) reads your goals, streaks and recent check-ins, then answers questions, gives you its take on your day and writes a weekly review, in the style you choose. Ask, and it sets up a new arc with you, logs your day, changes your goals or starts a group challenge, always showing you first and acting only when you say yes. It checks in on your weekly focus, and when you start a new arc it remembers what your last one taught you. It's powered by Claude, follows safety rules, and isn't medical advice.
Yes. Tell it what you want, typed or spoken, like “crack CAT by December and get back to the gym”. It asks what it needs (your time, your days, where you're starting from), then proposes the arc: dates, goals and targets. Edit anything, or tap Start. It won't plan anything unsafe, such as a crash diet or no sleep, and offers a safer version instead.
Yes. Type or speak in English, Hindi or Hinglish, like “slept at 11:30, gym done, dal chawal for lunch”. ARC shows what it understood, asks if anything is unclear, and saves only when you tap Save or say yes. Saved something by mistake? Tap Undo, or tell ARC to take it back: it shows exactly what goes back before it does. It can also set a reminder for you. Turn on its voice in Settings to hear the answers, or go hands-free and, after one tap, talk back and forth.
Your voice is turned into text as you speak (by Sarvam AI, our speech provider), and only the text is kept, as a chat message. MyArc never stores the recording. The microphone listens only after you tap it, or during a hands-free conversation you started, and you can always type instead.
One number, out of 100, for how consistently you've hit your goals over your last 14 days, with a level: Starting, Building, Steady, Locked in, Unstoppable. The dots on its ring show how far the next level is. Each day scores the share of its goals you hit: numbers get partial credit, and High-importance goals count more than Low ones. A day with nothing logged counts as 0, so one bad day dips it a little and steady days build it back. Rest, sick and travel days you mark are left out (up to 2 a week and 5 a month). Group challenge goals are scored on the challenge's leaderboard instead.
Yes, from the Goals page or by asking ARC. Change a target or a goal's days, add a goal, pause one (until a date, and it comes back by itself, or until you resume) or end it. Changes apply from that day on, so the days you've already logged keep their scores (set something up wrong? you can fix the recent days too). Paused days don't count and your streak carries on when you resume; an ended goal can be brought back. Goals from a group challenge only change by leaving it, so the leaderboard stays fair.
Yes. Log sets, reps and weights (or type your workout and let AI fill it in), and snap or describe meals to get calories and protein estimated. Both can fill your goals automatically.
Everything is private to your account by default, isolated in the database. Sharing a profile or a card is always your choice. If you join a public challenge, its other members, who may be people you don't know, see your name, picture and place on its leaderboard. You can export or permanently delete everything at any time.
Yes. Open MyArc in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen: it works like an app, with reminders and notifications. No app store needed.
Check in anyway. Once you've opened Today on your phone, it opens offline, and your check-in is saved on the phone and syncs by itself when you're back online.
Invite accountability partners to see each other's check-ins and send nudges and cheers, or run a group challenge with a consistency leaderboard. Tell ARC what you're taking on and it sets the challenge up and hands you the invite link; you can still change it until someone joins. Or join a public challenge run by MyArc (Squad → Challenges → Open to everyone): anyone can join, and if you don't have an arc yet, you start one with its goals. When you reach a new Arc Score level, your partners hear about it and can cheer you on.
